To be eligible to apply, applicants must: ·
4 Scholarship time limit: July 31, 2018 winners will be notified. Distribution of the funds and essentials will be at the August 5, 2018 ceremony. The application deadline for SREWOLF & NITRAM Scholarship for current high school seniors is June 30, 2018.

Who can apply to this scholarship?
SREWOLF & NITRAM Scholarship is for current 2018 high school seniors.
To be eligible to apply, applicants must: ·
- Be a current high school senior
- Accepted as a full-time student at a university in the US 2018
- Intends to pursue an Education, Natural or Social Science degree
- Exemplify leadership and demonstrate a passion for Education
- Exhibit a strong record of academic achievement
- Be a student from an underrepresented group (African American, Hispanic, American Indian, Female, or a Person with a physical or economic disability)
- Be available to volunteer in the summer of 2018 or 2019 or has proof of volunteerism
- Be currently admitted to a university for the 2018-2019 FALL academic year
- Write 500 word essay (minimum)
- The essay must state
- What is the effect that gun violence had in your life,
- How will your goals in higher education affect society,
- Why do you believe you deserve the scholarship,
- Must have a High School GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale
- SAT of 1100 or better. Some exceptions may apply.
- Exceptions to the requirements would be determined by the Board of Directors. Indicate the exception in your essay and the Board will vote.
- Finally, a copy of your admit letter to the university you plan to attend in the fall of 2018.
