WHAT WE DO
Srewolf & Nitram Foundation HEARTS (SNFH) is a 501(c)3 non-profit founded in 2006 and is now focused on cancer prevention and early detection. With your help, the Foundation will invest 25% in support of cancer prevention through analysis, support, training, and community service. While most groups were focused on cures and treatment, our work sparked the conversation on the possibility of preventing cancer.
The basis of our work comes from our four pillars:
Analysis
SNFH, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, this program started in 2016. Education about cancer prevention and early detection to all populations is an important part of the mission of SNFH. For many years, the Foundation has offered information education programs to the public and health professionals.
With your support, the Foundation encourages people of all ages to take charge of their health by making smart lifestyle and nutrition choices, getting timely cancer screenings and monitoring their bodies for any changes that should be brought to the attention of your doctor.
Support
The focus of SNFH is to support research into the prevention and early detection of cancer, to educate individuals about the role of a healthy diet and lifestyle choices in preventing cancer and to support programs that increase access to early detection technologies. It is important as an organization to advocate for policies at the federal level, within Congress and the Administration that support these priorities.
While hundreds of health care bills are introduced in Congress each year, very few of them are considered. SNFH supports debate and passage of bills that advance cancer research and prevention activities, as well as those that support the needs of cancer patients and families touched by this devastating disease.
Training
SNFH, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, works hard to provide everyone with the information they need to keep themselves and their families cancer-free. Through its initiatives and programs, the Foundation encourages people of all ages to take charge of their health by making smart lifestyle and nutrition choices, seeing their doctor regularly for checkups and health screenings, and monitoring their bodies for any changes that should be brought to the attention of medical professionals.
Community Service
Cancer prevention and early detection outreach to all populations is an important part of the mission of SNFH, a 501(c)3 nonprofit. For many years, the Foundation has been active in the community through its outreach programs promoting healthy living and early detection.
